When you place an order for alcoholic drinks with us you are, in doing so, confirming that you are not under 18 years. This also applies if you are buying alcoholic drinks as a present, in which case the recipient must also be 18 years or over.

Responsible drinking

The UK Government advises that men should not regularly drink more than three to four units of alcohol a day and women not more than two to three. Consistently drinking four or more units a day for men and three or more units a day for women, carries progressive health risks. After an episode of heavy drinking it is advisable to refrain from drinking for 48 hours. In some situations like pregnancy, it's better to avoid drinking alcohol.

Delivery

The cost of delivery to GB mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands) is £7.95 PER ORDER (not per case). Delivery is Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30, if you would like to receive your order outside these times or within a specified time slot please contact us as a surcharge will apply.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are sent with a two day carrier, who will deliver during the day, Monday to Friday. We are not able to specify a time, but you can request that the case be left with a neighbour or another safe place if you are out. We cannot guarantee that the local courier will carry out your instructions, but we will do our best to make them aware of them. We aim to deliver within a week of receiving your order, usually within 4 working days, although delays are likely at Christmas.

We are too small to be registered for VAT, so our prices DO NOT INCLUDE VAT

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Credit Card Security

Payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).

After you have placed your order, you will receive a separate email confirming your online payment.

Guarantee

Please check your order on arrival and let us know as soon as possible if there is anything broken or missing. We will sort the problem out without fuss.
