Our previous vintages of Bee Pink have been a sell out and it’s now a firm favourite for our wine club members. We've made 3000 bottles from this vintage, but judging by the sales from previous years, you’ll need to be quick!
It’s made in the Provence style – very pale in colour, but with plenty of delicate fruit flavours.
An attractive delicate pale pink.
Very rich aromas this year, with an abundance of white peach, and a suggestion of raspberry.
Bone dry and very refreshing, with crisp, mouthwatering freshness, and charming summer fruit salad, raspberry, nectarine and sweet melon
- Winemaking Notes
Our friend Jean-Marc Lafage (who owns Chateau St Roch, near Maury, where we make our red wine) is one of the Roussillon’s finest rosé producers. He has allowed us to work with some of his Grenache, Grenache Gris and Syrah grapes to produce our own Bee Pink.
- Growing Conditions
An EXTREMELY cold January, with rare snow lying on the ground (briefly) marked the start of a year that was incredibly dry. Very low rainfall in a cool spring, and then a nice mini heatwave in June, but still very little rain. Two more heat spikes in mid July and late August, followed by September rains which finally allowed the vines a little moisture, and helped to swell the thick-skinned grapes. Most of the vineyards for our white and rosé were harvested before the rain, and most of our reds in a dry spell after the rainy spells. A good year for white and pinks, and a GREAT year for reds.
- Food Pairing
Delicious with a salade nicoise, or a chicken salad, and the taste will transport you to the sunshine and stunning landscape of the South of France.

Very pale pink with a fine, inviting berry nose. Refreshing and elegant rosé, full of lifted strawberry fruit. Absolutely delicious.
