Each of this groundbreaking pair of wines is made from old vine Carignan from our La Roque vineyard, fermented with wild mountainside herbs. One flavoured with Rosemary, and one with Thyme. The result is satisfying, integrated, and relatively subtle, and the flavours meld together beautifully.
