• Domaine de la Pertuisane - Richard and Sarah Case

• Domaine Calvet Thunevin - a joint venture between Jean-Luc Thunevin (of Chateau Valandraud in Bordeaux, and local grower Jean-Roger Calvet

• Clos del Rey - Jacques Montagne's vineyards in the Coume de Roy

• Clos d'Origine - Biodynamically farmed vines and eccentric winemaking from Marc Barriot

• Matassa - cutting-edge biodynamic domaine with vines in Calce and St Martin. Jointly owned by South African Tom Lubbe, his wife Nathalie and Kiwi Sam Harrop

• Le Signal - Jean-Vincent Ridon makes wine at Signal Hill in Capetown, and at this small Domaine near St Paul

• Newcomer Katie Jones has been making waves in Maury since the 2009 vintage debut of highly-praised Domaine Jones
